Refunds

Short version: if you ask within 14 days, you get your money back. No form, no reason required.

What's covered

Software you bought once (cmmnt and other one-time tools) — a full refund if you ask within 14 days of purchase.

LockMark Pro (yearly licence) — a full refund if you ask within 14 days of the first purchase, and a full refund of a renewal if you ask within 14 days of that renewal charge. Your licence stops working when the refund is issued.

Bought it twice by mistake? Always refunded, whenever you notice.

Bought through the Mac App Store (LockMark Lite) — Apple handles those refunds, not us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com; Apple's own policy applies. We can't see or issue App Store refunds.

How to ask

Email [email protected] with the address you bought with (or the receipt). We reply within two business days and issue the refund to the original payment method; it appears on your statement in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After 14 days

We don't refund after 14 days, but write to us anyway — if something is broken, we'd rather fix it.
